In 2019, our founders were running a successful DME company in New York, specializing in workers' compensation cases. Despite their success, they were frustrated by the constant battle with billing software that wasn't built for their needs.
Generic DME platforms forced them to create workarounds for every payer's unique requirements. Authorization tracking was manual. Delivery documentation was disconnected from billing. Denials were a daily headache.
They knew there had to be a better way. So they partnered with top engineers and DME billing experts to build CloudMedic - the first platform designed specifically for complex DME billing workflows.
